Accessibility at HN Services
We want job seekers, workers on assignment and employers to be able to work with us without barriers.
Our commitment
HN Services is committed to providing its services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.
We are committed to meeting our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and its regulations.
This statement covers how we advertise roles, screen and interview candidates, place workers, and support them while they are on assignment. It also covers the employers we work with.
Accommodation when you apply or work with us
Accommodation is available on request at every stage: applying, interviews, assessments, placement, and while you are on assignment.
Tell us what you need. We will talk it through with you and agree on an accommodation that works. You do not have to name a diagnosis to ask.

Welcome assistive devices, service animals and support persons at our office and in our services. You do not need to ask us first.
Tell us what would make it easier to work with us, and we will make the change. We will not charge you for an accommodation.
If you are on assignment and need an accommodation at a client site, tell us or tell your supervisor. We will work with you and the client on it.
Accessible formats and communication supports
Information on this site, and our policies, are available in accessible formats or with communication supports on request, at no extra cost.
We will arrange them in a timely manner. Tell us the format that works for you and we will get it to you.
You can ask for large print, plain language, or an electronic copy instead of paper.
Our website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA.
If any part of this site is hard to use, tell us and we will provide the information another way.
That includes the job listings, our contact details, and this statement.
Service disruptions
If accessible facilities or services at our office are temporarily unavailable, we will post a notice on this page and at the office.
The notice will say what is unavailable, why, and how long we expect it to last. Where we have an alternative, we will list it.
Feedback
Send feedback by phone, email, mail or in person. Feedback can be anonymous — you do not need to give your name.
We will respond within 3 business days.
Feedback is available in accessible formats on request. Ask and we will arrange it.
If you would like a named contact for your feedback, ask for Harman Singh (Owner).
